Interlock was set up in response to the adverse effects of the recession and was founded by those to have suffered as a consequence. Seeing the current state of the economy as a challenge, we have learnt from what it has exposed. The economic landscape has brought to our attention the vulnerability of Graduates and Small Businesses, together with the lack of measures put in place to prevent gaps in the economy rapidly opening up.

As innovators, Interlock aspires to be at the forefront of building bridges between Graduates and Small Businesses. We hope to be ushering in a new era, as Graduates gain the invaluable experience of working in a Small Business environment whilst having a considerable impact on the growth, development and direction of that company - a unique opportunity not always found in larger organisations.
